Agnes & Irene Candles Review

I love candles! I always found them to be super relaxing and instead of using them as many people do to mask odor I use them to create a calming environment I almost ALWAYS have a candle going on my desk when I’m blogging and it really helps me focus and relax.

The folks at Agnes & Irene Candles have been in the candle business for close to 20 years. Their mission is to make highly fragranced candles with long burn times and affordable prices for all of our customers home fragrance needs. All their candles are hand poured in the United States.

They sell an array of scents as part of their Farm Fresh Collection.

The scents I received are Ceder Mistletoe, Sweet Potato & Brown Sugar and Homemade Peach Cobbler.

The estimated burn times for the sixteen ounce size is from 100-120 hours and the eleven ounce 50-60 hours depending on the fragrance. The candles are made from high quality paraffin with all cotton wicks.

Review:

First, I was SUPER impressed with how well the candles were packaged. The company definitely takes precautions to make sure the candles arrived safe and unbroken. I really liked that the candles are not overwhelming, they add a nice ambience to a room without overwhelming it with scent. I just LOVE the glass mason jars, it really adds a rustic home made candle vibe.

I liked the Ceder Mistletoe the most because it just reminds me so much of Christmas. The Peach Cobbler totally reminds me of my grandmothers house and since I am allergic to peaches I can enjoy the smell of them(Which I LOVE!) without the reaction! The Sweet Potato & Brown Sugar is very subtle but totally reminds me of the holidays, especially Christmas Dinner!
