We ALL have that ONE member(Or maybe even a few) in our family who is hard to shop for when it comes to Holidays, whether is be because they are picky or they are NOT picky, My brother is the one in my family that I never know what to get, he’s not picky but I like to gift him items he will like or use. I came across Build A Basket and was so impressed at how their website works.
Build A Basket is located in NJ and they allow you to FULLY customize a gift basket to individual needs. Their professional Gift Basketeers arrange each custom gift basket, and top it with a handmade bow to make it more special. Build A Basket offers items for everyone including gift stuffers, wine, spirits, and beer categories and more.
The process is super simple, you can either pick a pre-designed gift basket or fully build your own. If you choose to build your own you start off by choosing a container, then you get to add items.
Everything I ordered couldn’t actually fit in the basket so I received a basket and a beautifully packaged box. A few of the items I actually ordered were out of stock so Build A Basket’s staff called me right away and arranged to include similar items or items of similar cost. Their staff was incredibly courteous on making sure I received items I would enjoy and for the inconvenience they actually included an extra item.

1 jar of Nutella

I first have to say I am BEYOND impressed with their customer service! They went above and beyond to insure I would be impressed with all the items I received. You call tell by the meticulous was everything is packaged and placed that they take pride in their items and are really focused on making sure their customer and senders are impressed. I was blown away by the presentation of the items, I have never seen such well crafted gift baskets. I was super impressed with the selection of items they have to offer on their site, there really is something for everyone. I feel like the price was very reasonable for the items I received and the time and dedication to goes into making each gift basket perfect. The site was incredibly easy to use and I will definitely be visiting them again, I give their customer service an A++!
