I LOVE this peeler, It took me a few tries to get a hang of the julienne peeler but after a few tries I mastered it. The tool is heavy duty and cuts through hard things like potatoes and carrots with ease. Its very easy to wash and I just love the metal finish. Its not flimsy like other peelers I have bought in the past. I highly recommend this slicer because it makes prepping vegetables so much easier and faster. I did find it a little hard to peel vegetables after they got down a certain size due to the size of the peeler so I tend to use my much smaller one for the small jobs but this works WONDERFUL for peeling potatoes!
