The Tira Mi Su came in a box with dry ice and instructions on how to dispose of it. It came frozen, wrapped in shrink wrap. When I removed the shrink wrap, the aroma of espresso and cinnamon was tempting. I let it defrost for a few hours on the counter and it defrosted well. The sponge cake had a great flavor of espresso that wasn’t overwhelming but very noticeable. The mascarpone mousse was creamy and flavorful. I was very impressed with this dessert and was very impressed with the quality and care Eli’s Cheesecake puts into their desserts.

The Tira Mi Su sells on their website for $45.95.

Some fun facts about Eli’s Cheesecake are
