They use a concept that is called earthing or grounding, their shows have copper “dots” that act as a conduit between your body and the earth, allowing you to stay truly connected and balanced unlike traditional shoes that insulates your body from making a connection with the earth.
What exactly is Earthing?
The short version – Studies have shown that maintaining a direct connection between your body and the Earth’s surface can be beneficial to your health. Wearing grounding sandals allows for that connection.

Review:
I was super excited to review these because I was IN LOVE with the concept but they honestly didn’t live up to my expectation. I ordered them in a size 11 which I normally wear and they were very tight and uncomfortable with walk in. I tried to tough it out to break them in but they left red lines on the back of my heels because the elastic was so tight. I gave them to my daughter who wears a size 10 and she said they fit perfectly so I have a feeling they might run a tad bit small. She said they were super comfortable and she felt wonderful and energized after wearing them.
