I was recently sent their Ozeri INSTAVAC Green Earth Food Storage Containers to review.

The Ozeri INSTAVAC Green Earth Food Storage Containers are so easy to use and allow you to keep food fresh longer! There are no confusing parts or extra accessories to vacuum seal the containers, you simply press down on the lid and air is forced out via the one-way valve. A wave pattern on the bottom of each container keeps cut fruit and vegetables elevated from water and juices and a date dial allows you to record when food was first stored and monitor days kept in the refrigerator. Each container is BPA-free, stain-resistant, shatter-proof and as transparent as glass; Freezer, microwave and dishwasher safe, you can also store them inside each other when not in use.

This is actually my second set and I ADORE them! They are seriously so simple to use and I’ve noticed food stays fresher much longer and the dial allows me to remember EXACTLY when it was first stored. They are easy to keep clean and have not stained even though I’ve stored pasta sauce in them and they do not trap odor so these will stay clean for years to come. I love that they nestle inside of each other for easy storage especially since I have limited storage space.

You can purchase a set of 8 for $17.36 currently on Amazon(Normally $19.50) and I think they are worth EVERY penny! My first set I’ve been using for over 2 years and are still in great condition!

  • I need this date dial function, very cool.
One question: my favorite storage containers are those that do not trap moisture when they’re stacked in the cupboard while a few drops a water are still on them. Do these containets have a bottom surface shape that allows some air flow when nested?
