A look at Universal Standard, a plus sized inclusive brand for sizes 10-28

Stephs Cheers and Jeers was provided the samples mentioned in this post in return for an unbiased review.

Universal Standard is unlike ANY other plus size brand I have ever come across, they have a great selection of dresses, tops, skirts, jeans, leggings and more in sizes 10-28. What makes them unlike any other plus size brand I’ve ever seen is they understand weight fluctuates and that it can be both an emotional and financial burden so that is why they created what is called Universal Fit Liberty. This BLEW my mind when I started reading the terms! If you purchase any item from their core collection and it no longer fits due to weight fluctuation they will replace the item in your new size up to a year from the purchase date! This is a fricken GAME CHANGER for me! I often don’t purchase a lot of new clothes because my weight does fluctuate and I just can’t bring my self to purchase clothes that are pricey that might not fit right in 6 months. I really love that Universal Standard also donates all returned items to a number of charities supporting women in need.

I received their size M(18-20) Danube Jersey Skirt in Camo!

This skirt is SO comfortable!! It’s made from 93% Peruvian Cotton and 7% Elastane so it’s SUPER stretchy but also hugged my curves.

I was a little worried at first to wear something so tight fitting but I LOVE how this skirt feels and how it makes ME feel.

The Danube Jersey Skirt sells for $60 and comes in black, brown, camo and slate.
