Method of Procedure by Thomas Gosney Review

I was super excited to check this cookbook out as I am completely clueless at times when it comes to cooking, especially if its something I haven’t cooked before.

Method of Procedure is an innovative new age cookbook by celebrity chef Thomas Gosney.

Throughout his career, people have always contacted him for recipes and advice on cooking. After analyzing the problems they were having, he realized most of the issues were in the method of procedure.

Thomas began writing down his favorite recipes that his family and friends asked him to make, perfecting them time and time again. Then he began to describe in full detail how a chef would approach preparing them.

Carefully thinking each and every aspect of the recipes, he added his personal notes at the top. These notes include helpful hints and tips that only a chef can share and how the recipe incorporated into his personal life. They might be a favorite from a friend or family member who begged him to prepare every time he cooked for them.

Review:

I was really excited to see a huge range of recipes in this cookbook, some of the recipes include soups, dressings, vegetable dishes, entrees and you cant forget dessert. I found the book to be very detailed and easy to understand. The book also features beautiful detailed pictures. I love reading all the comments from the chef as it makes the book very personal and enjoyable to read.

The book features 142 pages.
