I love personalized items and when I was looking for a night light for my bathroom I did not want to settle for a boring nightlight. I wanted something that fit with the decor of our home(which is COVERED wall to wall with pictures). I came across Light affection and thought their personalized nightlight would be perfect!

The process is super simple! You get upload or mail the picture you want on the item, the main piece is then carved out of an extremely durable material that feels a bit like marble, the special carving technique is similar to the one used in Lithophanes which is the age old art of engraving an image that comes to life when it’s illuminated. The carved piece is then placed in a frame of your choice. The larger size Light Affection lights come with an energy efficient light source and an On/Off switch cable. I decided on this picture of my husband and Fuzzy Bear because I always loved this picture and I have yet to display it in our house.

I absolutely LOVE the final product, there was no assembly required when it arrived, all I had to do was plug it in and turn it on. I have a tiny bathroom and it illuminates everything so in the middle of the night I don’t have to put the light on to go to the bathroom. I am overall very impressed with the item and the turn around time.
