Recipe Table: A Monthly Recipe Card Subscription Box

Stephs Cheers and Jeers was provided the samples mentioned in this post in return for an unbiased review.

I am always looking for new recipes to wow my family with and often I discover new recipes by reaching out to friends and family because I love recipes that are handed down generation to generation. I actually VERY rarely turn to the internet for recipes(when I do its typical recipe blogs) so when I came across Recipe Table I was SO excited by the concept!

Recipe Table will send you ten unique recipes that are printed on handy 4×6 cards which can easily be stored in most recipe books and card boxes. Each recipe is hand selected from kitchens across America and are family favorites.

Each month also has a different theme ranging from comfort food to authentic Italian meals so you will be able to build a great collection of recipes that cover all cuisine.

The collection I received was Southern Classics and I was really excited for this collection because I actually don’t have much experience with southern food and I’ve been looking to learn more recipes.

The recipes I received cover a range of southern food including Sausage Gravy, Cornbread Muffins, Gooey Pecan Pie, Deviled Eggs, Zucchini Bread, Sausage Balls, Southern Fried Apples, Southern Sweet Tea, Flaky Pie Crust and Buttermilk Biscuits.

Each recipe card lists the name of the person who submitted the recipe, their town and state, ingredients, directions and serving size. The directions are very well written and easy to follow. I like that the recipes are for a range of things and not just main dishes, I tend to bake more than cook so the Zucchini Bread and Pecan Pie recipes are probably going to get used the most. The cards are heavy duty and seem like they would handle up well in the kitchen and over time.

I am overall very impressed with Recipe Table and highly suggest you subscribe if you are looking to discover new recipes.

They offer three different subscription plans which include monthly for $9.99, three months for $26.97 and six months for $47.94.

  • Greetings,
I’m happy Mrs. Google search found you! I’m interested in the subscription. Thinking about the recipes I can share with you, wondering if I will be noted as, “from the kitchen of” or do you start with my recipe, make a version and make it yours? Looking forward to your reply. Thank you!
