Tater Tot Casserole

Recipe:Tatter Tot Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 a cup Scallions, Chopped(Onions work too, I had Scallions that needed to be used up though)
  • 1 bag of Frozen Tatter tots
  • 1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 2 red peppers, Chopped
  • Few Pinches of Rosemary, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Salt, Onion Powder
  • 1 cup of Shredded Cheese(I used a Mexican Blend)
  • 1/2 cup of Milk
  • (This Recipe is VERY Versatile, I change it up almost every time I make it)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven at 350°F
  2. 1)Brown Ground Beef,Red Peppers and Scallions(Or Onions) In Pan
  3. 2) While the Mixture is cooking, Mix Mushroom Soup,Milk and Seasoning in Large bowl
  4. 3) Drain mixture of Ground Beef, Rep Peppers and Scallions(or Onions) and transfer to the bottom of a baking dish, Spread Tatter Tots on top of Meat Mixture, Pour The Soup Mixture over top and Fold into the rest of the mixture
  5. 4) Top the whole Casserole with Cheese
  6. 5) Bake for 35-45 minutes
