The ear wires are made from silver-finished 304L stainless steel, are hypoallergenic, and enhanced with a new, smooth and consistent electrophoretic coating that resists tarnishing. I own 5 pairs of earrings from Green Tree Jewelry and have never had a reaction of any sort and my ears are incredibly sensitive.
