I hate when my knives get dull, blunt knives are a huge pet peeve of mine and there is nothing I hate more than when I go to cut up vegetables or fruit and the knife just squashes whatever I’m trying to cut. I was recently sent a AnySharp Pro to test out.
The AnySharp Pro is a tiny but powerful knife sharpener, only minimal pressure is required and the secret is that the AnySharp Pro uses tungsten carbide technology to extend the life of almost any knife including virtually any steel knife, including expensive hardened steel knives and even serrated blades. It’s hands-free because it features a suction cup base that attaches to almost all surfaces and it is preset at 20 degrees which is considered optimal for sharpening knives. I LOVE how small it is because it can easily fit into a draw, I sometimes even attach it to the top of my stove for out of the way storage but easy access.
I LOVE the AnySharp Pro, I don’t have much strength in my hands due to arthritis and I found I am able to sharpen knives with little to no effort, it attaches perfectly to my countertop every single time and it has replaced other knife sharpeners I own because it sharpens a wide variety of knives, I am even able to sharpen my really large chef knife.
You can purchase the AnySharp Pro on Amazon, The Grommet, and The Container Store, it currently sells for $12.95 on Amazon and comes in an array of colors including Pink Cream, Pistachio, Almond Cream, Royal Red, British Racing Green, Royal Blue, Orange Zest, Citrus Lime, and Metal.
