Celebrate International Women’s Day with ThredUP’s Shop Her Closet Campaign

ThredUP provided me a gift card as a thank you gift for posting this article.

I have recently become OBSESSED with Thredup, They have a wonderful selection of plus size clothing and I just recently placed my third order with them and I’m so excited for the clothes to arrive(I saved $150 off retail price with my last order!!). If you have never shopped ThredUP I highly suggest it! You will NOT be disappointed, their selection is vast and their pricing is super affordable. I find my self actually surfing ThredUP a few times a week and I’ve been able to build up my wardrobe for pretty cheap using their website.

If you have never heard of ThredUP they are the largest online consignment and thrift store, They offer thousands of like-new styles from your favorite brands at up to 90% off retail! That totally caught my attention! Every item on their website is 100% authentic and in great shape, there even have a whole selection of items that still have the tags on them!

In honor of International Women’s Day, on March 6th, ThredUP is going to showcase the shoppable “closets” of their top 30 suppliers(these are the top people who send clothing and accessories into ThredUP for sale). These women include a famous actress, fashion executives, a stay-at-home mom and other stylish and inspirational women.

You will be able to shop these women’s closets and the best part is 100% of the proceeds from this awesome campaign are being donated to Girls Inc which is a wonderful nonprofit that supports young girls’ with their development and futures.

This dress is one of the items that arrived in my last order!

I personally love ThredUP because I have been able to completely revamp my wardrobe with cute and affordable plus size clothing after losing weight and I am able to send in the pieces that no longer fit me and they handle the rest! I really like that ThredUP also responsibly recycles items that do not get approved for listing for sale. Their website does state that due to their high standards they typically accept less than 40% of items sent in while the rest are either sold to third-party sellers or upcycled by one of their textile recycling partners.

Be sure to head over to their website on March 6th to take advantage of the Shop Her Closet Campaign.
