I have been trying to find a probiotic to try at the direction of my doctor for a few months now, I suffer bouts of GI problems and she thought by adding a good probiotic that would help. I was recently sent a 60-count box of Dr. Ohhira’s Probiotics and I have been using them for two weeks!

I tried these products for 2 weeks and can’t really speak to how well they have worked because I am experiencing unrelated stomach issues that have caused diarrhea and bloating. These products worked great for the first few days but then my stomach problems flared up and my stomach has been acting up since. I can absolutely confirm my stomach problems were not caused or even irritated by these probiotics but a preexisting condition I suffer.
I really love the Dr. Ohhira’s Essential Living Oils which is a vegan alternative to fish oil, I do not live a vegan lifestyle but I can’t stand the taste or smell of fish oil, it contains eight natural plant and seed oils that are cold pressed, extracted, and prepared to provide plant-based essential healthy fats. I have also been taking these and am very impressed.
