Stephs Cheers and Jeers received a container of Keystone Pantry Allulose for use in this recipe.

Lang’s Chocolate, the makers of Keystone Pantry Allulose is running an awesome Blogger Recipe Challenge and I decided to enter with a traditional banana bread recipe.

Allulose is a rare naturally occurring sugar that is Gluten-free, Vegan, Kosher Pareve, and Diabetic-Friendly. It is also Keto diet friendly, GMO-Free and it only contains 1 calorie per teaspoon.

Keystone Pantry Allulose

I LOVE baking so I decided to whip up a batch of Banana Bread using Keystone Pantry Allulose.

This batch of banana bread came out AMAZING! I couldn’t find much information on a proper sugar to allulose replacement ratio. This batch of banana bread didn’t come out too sweet and I was really happy with the recipe I used.

You can purchase Allulose on Keystone Pantry’s Online Store in both liquid and powder form. Pictured above is the 3lb jar which sells for $25.99. Keystone Pantry also sells flavored syrups, cocoa powder, agave, organic cane sugar, organic brown sugar, organic powdered sugar and more.
