Mixed Berry Lemonade
I posted a picture of the Mixed Berry Lemonade I made yesterday and a few people asked for the recipe so here you go!
It’s starting to warm up in Vermont and I had a friend give me a container of bottled lemon juice so I decided it was the perfect time to make a mixed berry lemonade! I used Natalie’s All Natural 100% Lemon Juice.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of sugar
- 2 cups of water
- 2 cups lemon juice
- 1 lemon
- 1 gallon of cold water
- 1 cups of frozen mixed berries, I prefer to use Wyman's
Instructions
- In a large sauce pan add sugar and water, boil over low heat until dissolved to make a simple syrup.Mix simple syrup, lemon juice and cold water into pitcher. Slice lemon and place in pitcher as a garnish.
- For the berries you can choose to add them directly into the pitcher or into each cup. They act as ice without watering down the lemonade and add a great flavor!
