Ah….ramen…I remember pretty much LIVING on it when I first moved out on my own. I wish I had known about this cookbook then because to this day I still can’t STAND beef ramen because I ate it SO much! Well, no fear college students! You won’t have to experience what I did because I recently came across an AWESOME cookbook by publisher Gibbs Smith called 101 Things to Do with Ramen Noodles which was written by Toni Patrick.
Before coming across this cookbook I never really thought of using ramen as in ingredients instead of just a meal. After thumbing through the cookbook I was really surprised at all the things you can do with ramen and felt a little stupid I never thought of doing anything more than eating it plain. This cookbook has recipes for tasty meals such as Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup, Summer Garden Soup, Zucchini Salad, Creamy Beef and Broccoli Noodles, Ramen Burgers, Chicken Alfredo, Pork Chop Ramen, Tuna Noodle Casserole, Beer Noodles(perfect for college students!), Chinese Veggie Noodles, and Corny Cheese Noodles. Many of the recipes in the book taste great but also fit tight budgets which
Many of the recipes in the book taste great but also fit tight budgets which makes this book is perfect for college students or those on a tight budget. Best of all the cookbook only sells for $9.99 and you can also buy a digital copy for just $4.99!
