Sephora is a beauty-retail concept founded in France by Dominique Mandonnaud in 1970. They have a broad range of product categories including skincare, color, fragrance, body, smile care, and hair care, in addition to Sephora’s own private label. Sephora.com was launched in the US in 1999 and Canada in 2003.

Today Sephora operates approximately 1,900 stores in 29 countries worldwide, with an expanding base of over 360 stores across North America. Sephora opened its first U.S. store in New York in 1998 and its first Canadian store in Toronto in 2004. JCPenney began opening Sephora inside JCPenney stores in October 2006 and today there are Sephora locations in JCPenney stores nationwide.

A few months ago I received an awesome box of goodies from Sephora and I literally screamed with excitement when the box arrived. There were tons of items but today I am going to talk about a few of my favorites.

The first items I instantly fell in love with were the Limited Edition House of Lashes x Sephora Collection Versailles Eyeshadow Palette and the House of Lashes® x Sephora Collection Secret Garden Eyeshadow Palette.

The Limited Edition House of Lashes x Sephora Collection Versailles Eyeshadow Palette features 16 exclusive shades inspired by the night gardens at Versaille.

This Pallete has a variety of neutral and romantic shades in shimmery metallics and velvety mattes in shades with stunning names such as Amour, Orchid, Enchanté, French Blue, Dusk, Marigold, Dove, Antoinette, Peony, Prim Rose, Stone, Juniper, Pebble, Dahlia, Vintage Moss, and Midnight.

One of the shades has a weird discoloration on it, It arrived like that and I am not sure if its due to shipment.

One thing I really love about these Palettes is that they have a draw which easily stores two sets of false lashes and glue. I feel like this comes in handy!

I also swatched House of Lashes® x Sephora Collection Art Nouveau Liquid Liner Set which you can purchase for $20.

One of my other favorites was the Sephora Collection Green Tea Face Mask which sells for $6.00.

I actually am a huge fan of Sephora Collection! I feel like the items offered by the Sephora Collection are high quality and super affordable. They offer SO many great products and I highly recommend checking them out!
