Vermont Sundae Sauce Company review

Stephs Cheers and Jeers was provided the samples mentioned in this post in return for an unbiased review.
Bobbie from  Vermont Sundae Sauce Company was kind enough to send me along two containers of sundae sauce in Butter Rum and Hot Fudge Heaven!
I was so excited to be able to review these products, not just because they are sauces but because they are locally made products that use Vermont ingredients! My New Years Resolution this year was to purchase more local products, and even though I didn’t purchase these, I hope I can influence you to try the product!

You can see above in the picture both sauces have a really nice texture. The Butter Rum is a sticky yet smooth sauce(think of the same texture as caramel), You can mildly taste the rum, but I think it would be a GREAT addition to any apple pie!!
The chocolate sauce reminds me of something my grandmother would make in her kitchen! It really brings me back to being a kid and grandma baking! It tastes home made and isnt gritty(I have had some home made sauces that are gritty!) I personally love the fact they come in glass jars, so you can just pop the jar in the microwave for a few seconds and get it nice in warm before diving in .
I will admit I have dived into the chocolate sauce with a spoon! Its just so irresistible!!
The Vermont Sundae Company also offers other flavors such as Chocolate Raspberry(real seedless raspberries blended with hot fudge), Maple Caramel(Made with REAL Vermont Maple Syrup mixed with caramel), PB Mud Fudge(Hot Fudge and Peanut Butter) and Chocolate Champagne(Hot Fudge mixed with Brut Champagne)
All Flavors come in 2 oz and 8 oz jars, The 2 oz jars are $3.95 and the 8 oz jars are $7.50, They also offer 16 oz, 32 oz and 64 oz. You can order by phone.
I attempted to make mini Monkey Breads above, but only had fluffy biscuits  so it came out a little fluffy, But it was really good, I have provided the recipe below!

Makes 4

2 tablespoons Vermont Sundae Sauce Company Hot Fudge Heaven Sauce
Whipped Cream
Heat Oven to 350 degrees, lightly grease mini bunt pans, Mix white sugar and cinnamon
cut biscuits into quarters, coat with sugar mixture, layer cut biscuits into bunt pan, mix brown sugar and butter, pour over biscuits
