I absolutely LOVE cooking and I know how important having a great set of cookware is. I came across Neoflam and was super excited when they offered to send me one of their pots.

They recently sent me their 4.5 QT Pink Eela Pot with Glass Lid to review.
The 4.5 QT Pink Eela Pot with Glass Lid is the winner of the 2012 iF Product Design Award. It features a cast aluminum design that has multiple benefits including durability and high heat conductivity, It is a safe and affordable alternative to stainless steel and weighs 1/3 the weight of cast iron. The even heat distribution properties allow for fast cooking and reduced energy consumption. The ceramic coating also provides superior nonstick performance and highly scratch-resistant durability. The pot includes a tempered glass lid with steam release vent which comes in handy! The pot I received is 13.5″L x 10.4″W x 7.2″H, and weighs 3.9 lbs. Their pots also come with a limited lifetime warranty.

Review:
This has to be one of the best pots I have ever cooked in! It heats up quickly and the design allows for easy clean up! I even prepared a mixture in it that contained corn syrup and it was so easy to clean. Everything literally slides right out and I plan to replace all of my pans with their pans in the near future. The low weight of their pans is a major selling point for me.
