Because of my Chronic Pain, I often find myself tossing and turning, unable to get comfortable. We have talked about getting a new mattress but it’s really not in the budget right now, our current mattress is so old and even though we have tried a few mattress toppers I found them to be uncomfortable and hard to stay on the bed. I recently teamed up with Airweave to test their Top Mattress and I was really excited to give it a try.
Airweave was founded in 2007 by Motokuni Takaoka after he began experimenting with different applications of the resin fiber that’s used to create fishing line, by doing so he was able to reinvent the mattress industry and revolutionize the way we sleep.
The airweave Top Mattress allows you to top your mattress with all the benefits of an actual airweave mattress, unlike memory foam or spring mattresses, airweave’s flexible airfiber core instantly adjusts to your body’s every movement. The interwoven airfiber core encourages airflow, which naturally regulates body temperature throughout the night to keep you comfortable. One of my favorite things is that airweave is also composed of a recyclable plastic airfiber core which sets them apart from e foam and spring mattresses which end up in landfills.

I was a little skeptical at first but was really blown away after my first night’s sleep. Our current mattress is older and we are hoping to replace it within the next few years but with the added comfort of the top mattress from airweave I find myself falling asleep faster and waking up with less back pain. I still toss and turn a little bit(it’s something I’ve done ever since I was a kid) and the topper stays on the bed, for the most part, I combined it with my Quick Zip sheets and I only have to make mild adjustments in the morning. My husband really likes the topper because unlike other toppers we have tried the Top Mattress is firm and allows him to also get a good nights sleep.
The Top Mattress comes in sizes Twin-California King and starts at $610. They also sell an airweave Portable which is perfect for travel and even comes with a carrying case for $1060 and comes only in Twin XL.
