I have been buying Krusteaz baking mixes for YEAR and was recently so excited to work with them!
Krusteaz all started in 1932 with the women of a Seattle bridge club. In the 40’s Krusteaz grew into just add water pancake mix, in the 60’s Kruteaz hit the road with The Krusteaz Kurtesy Kitchen, a fully equipped “traveling diner,” served up free pancake breakfasts throughout the Northwest. Today they have a huge range of products including muffin mixes, breads, gluten free mixes and more!
I recently had the opportunity to try their Honey Cornbread, Garlic and Onion Flatbread Mix and Chocolate Chunk Muffin Mix.
The Honey Cornbread combines fresh corn, honey, and rich butter in a mouthwatering twist on traditional recipes. All you need to add is milk, oil and eggs. One box yields 8x8x2 or 9x9x2-inch pan,24 Mini Muffins or 12 Standard Muffins.
INGREDIENTS:
Enriched unbleached flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, malted barley flour, may contain enzymes, ascorbic acid), sugar, degermed yellow corn meal, canola or soybean oil, salt, leavening (sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate), honey powder, xanthan gum.
The Garlic and Onion Flatbread Mix is a fantastic mix that pairs well with cheese and fruit, salsa and chicken and SO much more! All you need to add is water and oil. It yields 3 5 x 14-inches Elongated Ovals, 2 9 x 13-inches Rectangular Sheets or 2 12-inch Diameter Circles.

Enriched bleached flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, malted barley flour, may contain enzymes, ascorbic acid), onion powder. Contains 2% or less of the following: salt, canola or soybean oil, corn flour, whey (milk protein), sugar, garlic powder, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate, dough conditioner (L-cysteine hydrochloride, datem, mono-diglycerides, enzymes).
YEAST PACKET INGREDIENTS: Active yeast, ascorbic acid, sorbitan monostearate.
Chocolate Chunk Muffin Mix produces super yummy muffins that are perfect for starting your morning. The mix produces 24 mini muffins, 12 standard muffins or 9x5x3-inch Loaf Pan.

Enriched bleached flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, may contain malted barley flour), sugar, chocolate chunks (sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, milk fat, soy lecithin [emulsifier], artificial flavor), partially hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oils, food starch-modified, leavening (sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum phosphate, monocalcium phosphate), salt, dextrose, nonfat milk, sodium stearoyl lactylate, natural and artificial flavors, guar gum, xanthan gum, caramel color.

I have NO complaints about Krusteaz, I have been using their mixes for years and like always I am very impressed. These mixes are SO easy to bake and produce fantastic tasting goodies. Krusteaz will continue to be a staple in my house.
