Ingredients:
1 Avocado
1 can of tuna fish
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon mayo(you cant cut out the mayo, I just used it to give it a very creamy texture)
Salt and Pepper
1) Remove the Avocado from the skin and place in food processor, Drain tuna and add, turn on food processor and process for a few seconds
2) Add olive oil and mayo, process for about a minute until smooth texture
3) Serve on toast, lettuce or eat out of the bowl 😉
I add saltines on top, gives it a very nice texture!
