You might have heard of Skeleton Candles, Over the last year or so a picture of one of their candles with a skeleton inside circulated around Facebook and people instantly fell in love! If you have not heard of them, let me fill you in.
Skeleton Candles produces AWESOME animal shaped candles that reveal an aluminum skeleton when burned. They have Gummi Bear, Owl, and Rexy(A T-Rex) shaped candles in different colors. They also have a line of Geometric Candles, Skull Candle Holders, and a Soy Candle Box Subscription.
I received some of their candles as part of their Soy Candle Box Subscription.
I received their Refreshing Figs & Ginger, Cosmopolitan(Spiced Cranberry with a touch of lime and orange undertones) and Exotic Lotus Blossom(very floral).
All of the candles are made in California with 100% soy derived from American-grown soybean and uses a lead-free cotton wick primed with vegetable based wax and premium grade fragrance oil. They also contain no added dyes, chemicals or phthalates. The candles come in both round tins and mason jars and a variety of scents. I REALLY loved the Refreshing Figs & Ginger candle! It smelled amazing and it was the first one I burned. It has a very subtle but intoxicating scent and was by far my favorite. The Cosmopolitan candle reminded me of Christmas or Thanksgiving and has a great cranberry scent, it really makes me want a nice Thanksgiving dinner! I found the Exotic Lotus Blossom candle was a little overwhelming for me but I gave it to a friend who absolutely LOVED its floral scent. The candles burned evenly and I got 40 hours of burn time out of them which is not bad. I was really impressed with the scent of the candles and absolutely LOVE the idea behind their Skeleton Candles.
