Char Crust is a wonderful dry rub seasoning, It produces a wonderful crust on the meat and comes in many flavors!
All Char Crust® products are “clean label” which means they are made from natural ingredients that are simple, recognizable, and easy-to-pronounce. Example: We now use real soy sauce powder, not some heavily processed derivative of soybeans. No weird chemicals or synthetic stuff.
Char Crust® products do contain wheat and soy. They do not contain any animal products. They also do not contain any nuts of any kind, and we do not have any nuts in our facility.

My personal favorite is the Ginger Teriyaki
I use Char Crust with my George Foreman grill and it makes a wonderful crust, It also helps seal in flavor. The chicken I made with this was so much juicier then normal.
