Choffy is a 100% natural dark chocolate drink that is made using cocoa beans that are roasted and then ground. It brews like coffee but contains all the benefits and flavor of dark chocolate. It reminds me of hot cocoa a little bit but it also has its very own flavor. Cocoa beans are a little on the bitter side so I added a little bit of cream and sugar to mine but you can prepare Choffy like you would a regular cup of coffee by adding creamer, almond milk, coconut milk, honey, agave, sugar, stevia and you can even prepare it bullet proof style!
Choffy has a helpful chart on their website(that you can see below) that allows you to easily find out which flavor is perfect for you. I really liked the Volta French and the El Sonado French while my husband really loved the IC Dark and Volta Dark.
Choffy also does not require any special preparation or brewing. You can brew it just like coffee which means you can use an array of methods including a French Press, Percolator, Pour Over, Areopress, Traditional Coffee Maker and they even offer K-cups!
Choffy sells for around the same price as traditional coffee, you can purchase K-cups starting at $8.99 for 12 and ground Choffy starting at $14.99 for 12 oz. Choffy also offers bundles, various sets and for $2.99 you can purchase a sample pack.
