I was recently sent one of their boxes to try out.
The recipes I received were Soy Glazed Meatballs with Swiss Chard, Jasmine Rice & Marinated Radish, Red Curry & Coconut Shrimp Stir-Fry with Rice Noodles & Pea Shoots and the last recipe was Seared Chicken & Verjus Pan Sauce with Mashed Potatoes, Mushrooms & Kale.
I made the Red Curry & Coconut Shrimp Stir-Fry for my husband and I and made the other two dishes as a taste test for my mother, her boyfriend, and my brother but while cooking I had a mishap that ended in having to go to the hospital to get my finger glued so as you can understand I was unable to photograph those.
The Red Curry & Coconut Shrimp Stirfry contained Shrimp, Rice Noodles, Scallion, Lime, Pea Shoots, Collard Greens, Red Curry Paste and Coconut Milk Powder.
It was SUPER easy to make and SUPER tasty. I really like the other dishes because they were also really easy to make and my family loved them. I have always been a huge fan of Blue Apron and they ALWAYS impress! I really like Blue Apron because their customer service is great!(in the past I have had issues with ingredients and they replaced them no questions asked) and their boxes are always well packaged.
Trust me you will be HOOKED after you order your first box!
