I LOVE pancakes and waffles but sometimes I don’t have the time to make them and being on the go I am often looking for convenient and easy breakfast items. My mother use to buy me De Wafelbakkers when I was a kid and I recently teamed up with them!
De Wafelbakkers started in 1984 when they began importing waffles to the United States direct from a Holland bakery. Not long after the demand grew and the company began manufacturing in the United States. In 1986, Meyer’s Bakery and the Janssen Brothers joined together in a venture to create the wholesome, nutritious and tasty waffles in the US using the European waffle formula that came straight from Holland. Today, De Wafelbakkers manufactures frozen pancakes and waffles, as well as shelf-stable waffles, which are distributed throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico.
De Wafelbakkers was pancake flavors for everyone, their flavors include buttermilk, blueberry, maple, minis, chocolate chip, buckwheat berry, sweet potato, whole grain, whole grain blueberry and whole grain minis. Their waffle recipe still uses a recipe from Holland.
You can purchase their items at a selection of retailers include Walmart, Kroger, Publix, Shaws and many more.
De Waflebakkers sent me a few coupons to pick up some of their pancakes to try out.
