WorldlyBox is a monthly subscription box that gives you the opportunity to discover beautiful unique and handcrafted jewelry from all over the world. Their mission is to economically empower artisans globally through international trade. Each Month you will receive 2 pieces of jewelry as well as one surprise item for a monthly price of $14.99. Another thing I really like about WorldlyBox is they use recyclable packaging, the boxes are made with 75% post-consumer and 25% post-industrial content and the flyers you receive inside of the boxes are all 100% recyclable. This is definitely a unique box and I was really excited to try out this months box! Before I received my box I filled out a style quiz and received items based on the answers I provided.
I think the packaging is absolutely adorable!
The items I received are all from Venezuela, the country is currently suffering an economic crisis which makes basic resources very scarce and unemployment is abundant. This makes the perfect area to highlight talented artists and help people through a difficult time by helping them sustain their businesses.
I received a Knot Necklace which was handcrafted in the city of Caracas, A pair of earrings from Valencia and a small colorful pouch from Guatemala.
I am really impressed with the items I received. While I do have pierced ears I was really excited to receive clip on earrings because I think they can be super fun! The necklace and pouch are absolutely stunning in person and the pouch is super colorful, the yellow really pops and is unique looking. I think WorldlyBox is great for a few reasons, you receive beautiful handcrafted jewelry for a low price while you are helping support artists from around the world. I also like that the box highlights issues in the country that you are receiving items from and that by receiving items from that country can really help the people living there. I think this is really a great box at a very affordable price!
