I am SO excited to team up with Vital Grill! My spice cabinet is literally overflowing because I love spices so much and I love discovering and trying new spices and blends so I love the concept of Vital Grill’s Exploration Boxes.
The Exploration Spice Box is a seasonal subscription box that is delivered in March, June, September and December that delivers a selection of spices and mixes in individual glass tubes from a specific region in the world. The box also features a card that talks about each spice and features recipes that combine the spices to create traditional local meals.
I was really excited for the box I received because it was themed around Greece and The Aegean Islands and I am of Greek Heritage.
This is their June Box
The box featured Mint & Lemon Rub which is traditionally used on spit-roasted lamb and is an authentic bbq rub that pairs well with lamb, veal, and chicken. It features dehydrated onions and garlic, irradiated spices, salt, sugar, lemon peels, smoke flavor, citric acid and vegetable oil. This rub smells SO good and I can not WAIT to pair it with lamb!

Greek Herbs which will transform you to the Mediterranean, its perfect for roasts, salads and even sauces, it features irradiated spices, dehydrated garlic and onion, and salt.

The recipe card featured directions to make Lamb and Mint Meatballs, Tzatziki Sauce and Watermelon Feta Salad.
I also did a live unboxing of this box.
I also received Smoke Powder which is something I am REALLY excited to try!
