The kit I received contained whitening trays that you mold yourself, they are super easy to mold! You just place them in hot water for a few seconds and then place them in your mouth so it forms a mold of your teeth, A case to hold your trays, Whitening Gel, Gel to put on your teeth after and an LED Light.
I found the kit SUPER easy to use, I was able to mold the trays to my teeth very fast and without much effort. I noticed the trays were a little big for my mouth and if I wore them for more than 15 minutes it really hurt my jaw. The gel did not hurt my teeth at all nor did it feel strange, it foamed up a little but for the most part I barely noticed I had anything on the trays.
