The first dish I received, cracked the second time I used it and all of the lettering came off, I sent an email and they sent me a whole new dish. I highly suggest not using anything abrasive on the dish nor to let it soak because the decals are not painted on, its a decal that is baked on. I just think the dish is absolutely adorable!!!
