GoPros are growing more and more popular and for years I have wanted to try one but it was out of our price budget. This Holiday season Go Pro sent me their Hero4 as well as their Fetch Mount to review!
For those that are just hearing of GoPro, They are a company that produces literally the world’s most versatile cameras. They are GREAT for athletes and they have cameras and accessories in all price ranges and features.
Some of the cameras they have to offer are Hero4 Session, Hero4 Black, Hero4 Silver, Hero+LCD(Has Wifi And touch Display) Hero+ and the Hero. They have a huge range of accessories including smart remotes, head straps, chest harnesses, suction cups, handlebar mounts, tripods, helmet mounts, hand straps, music mounts, sportsmen mounts(for guns) and MANY more!
The Hero4 is the smallest, lightest, most convenient camera that GoPro has to offer! It is 50% smaller and 40% lighter than other HERO4 cameras as well as more mountable! HERO4 Session maximizes battery life by only using power when the camera is recording.4 It automatically powers off when not recording. This means you can capture a full day of photos and video clips or record up to 2 hours continuously on a full charge.5 The built-in battery can be charged using the included USB cable with your computer or the GoPro Auto or Wall Charger. The Hero4 also comes with a low profile frame(which provides the lowest profile of any GoPro), Standard Frame and Ball Joint Buckle. It has the ability to capture high-resolution 1440p30 and 1080p60 video and . 8MP single photos, it can also produced Time Lapsed photos at set intervals from 0.5 to 60 seconds, and Burst photos at 10 frames per second. The Hero4 really does so much! It is also waterproof up to 33’ (10m) without an additional housing. You won’t miss any of the audio either because the Hero4 has a microphone in the front AND back!

Loki also received their Fetch Mount which features two mounting spots, on the back and on the chest. It is made of washable, water-friendly material which allows your dog to swim, play and be a dog without worry! Its soft, padded construction keeps your pet comfortable and the mount is fully adjustable to fit small, medium and large breed dogs from 15 to 120 lbs (7 to 54 kg). The chest mount is removable for smaller dogs. The Fetch Mount is NOT intended for walking or restraining your dog.

The Hero4 is super easy to use and as you can see takes AMAZING quality video as well as audio. Loki is 85lbs and the mount fits him well, We used it out in the snow without an issue and I can’t wait to videotape more adventures!
