Honey Mustard Chicken

Have I mentioned how much I LOVE Local Honey?!?!??!!

 

Honey Mustard Chicken
 
What you need:
Six pieces of boneless chicken breast
1/2 cup of honey
1/2 cup regular mustard or dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon red pepper flake
1 teaspoons onion and garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of diced garlic
1 large onion
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine honey, mustard, and seasoning in a small bowl, trim any excess fat off chicken and fillet chicken if needed, dip chicken in mustard mixture, and place in baking dish. pour any remaining liquid into the dish. sprinkle salt and pepper, diced garlic, and diced onion over top, cover with tin foil
  3. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, remove from oven and finish in the pan(I enjoy my chicken with a nice pan-seared outside!)
