For over 125, the Bahlsen family have been making European biscuits for people all over the world to indulge in. The company started in 1889 in Hannover, Germany by Hermann Bahlsen. Their product line contains Choco Leibniz Caramel, Choco Leibniz Caramel, Choco Leibniz Dark Chocolate, Waffeletten Milk Chocolate, Waffeletten Dark Chocolate, Afrika Dark Chocolate, First Class Milk Chocolate and First Class Dark Chocolate, Puff Pastries, Cookies, and More.
I was sent some of their Waffeletten products to review.
The Waffeletten’s are SUPER tasty! They are a crunchy wafer first rolled into fine crisp layers, and then dipped in rich European chocolate. They reminded me a bit of a sugar cone and they are super addicting!
I was also sent two flavors of their Puff Pastries.
I was sent both Deloba Original and Deloba Blueberry. They are super flaky puff pastries that contain super tasty filling, the original has red currant jam and a light dusting of sugar while the blueberry contains blueberry jam with a light dusting of sugar.
My husband really liked these, I preferred the original over the blueberry but my husband really liked the blueberry. They are really flaky which I really liked because flakey is one of my favorite textures.
