My New Years Resolution for the past few years has been to drink more water! I often don’t find my self thirsty enough to want to drink something or I cant find anything that is tasty and quenches my thirst so I was super excited when I came across Karma Wellness Water!

Karma Wellness Water turns spring water into wellness water that focuses on creating positive effects for your mind, body, spirit, balance, and vitality. Did you know Vitamins deteriorate in water? Karma is also low in sodium, heart healthy, safe for diabetics, and is lactose free and gluten free.

Unlike other vitamin water companies Karma Wellness Water uses a patented KarmaCap that keeps all the ingredients in the cap until you are ready to drink!
The cap is easy to use, simply peel the sticker, push down to infuse the vitamins into the water, shake then enjoy!

Karma Wellness Water comes in five varieties,

Balance(Acai Pomberry) boosts your immunity with 1,000 MG VITAMIN C4 ( 1,667% RDI, Zinc, Berry Extracts and Tea Extracts

Vitality(Coconut Pineapple) is about hydration, it contains Green Tea Extracts, RESVERATROL, Maca Extract, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, Sodium, L-TYROSINE and PHOSPHORUS.

Body(Raspberry Guava Jackfruit) is a fitness accelerator, it contains Potassium, Sodium, Calcium and Glucosamine.

Review:

I tried each of the flavors and the mind was my personal favorite, My husband really liked the spirit and found it to greatly lift his mood after drinking. I love how all the powdered is stored in the cap. I was worried it wouldn’t dissolve properly or get stuck in the cap but because of the funnel that is formed when you push the cap it dissolved fine. All the flavors tasted great, were refreshing and quenched my thirst.
