As many of you know, I adore to cook and bake! I am one of those weird people who are out in the middle of January with snow on the ground grilling. I have a well stocked spice cabinet(takes up THREE shelves) at ALL times. I also LOVE trying new spices. Knox’s Spice Company sent me along a few of their spices to try and I had a blast!
Knox’s Spice Company sells all nature, gourmet, dry rub seasonings. They contain no artificial colors, flavors, fillers or preservatives. The sell some amazing flavors including Chipotle BBQ, Jamaican Jerk, Yummy Chicken and Cracked Pepper. They also have specialty seasonings.
I was sent their four main flavors to try!
My favorite out of all was the Yummy Chicken! A wonderful blend of spices including thyme,rosemary, basil, sage, garlic, onion and cracked pepper!
I have actually put this seasoning on EVERYTHING, including pizza, in soup and even on my mashed potatoes! Its a perfect blend and of course goes AMAZING on chicken. This blend is gluten free
The Chipotle BBQ is a great blend of Chipotle and Guajillo peppers, brown sugar, smoked paprika and other herbs and spices, its a great smokey flavor that is just perfect on anything you cook on the grill! Best of all its low salt ratio and gluten free!
The Cracked Pepper goes AMAZING on steak! Its gluten free and is great for that ONE person who loves pepper!
The Jamaican Jerk is a blend of Jamaican Pimento (Allspice), Thyme, Ginger, Black Pepper, Cayenne and other herbs and spices. Its amazing on shrimp, vegetables and more! This blend is low salt and gluten free.
I loved ALL the seasonings that they sent to me, the Yummy Chicken was my favorite, I seriously am almost out and I have to buy more ASAP!
All the above seasons are under $6 and are WELL worth it!
