Love padlocks originated from the Italian novel-come-film Ho voglia de ti and has since become a worldwide tradition. Every lock is handcrafted and fully customizable. Love Locks are perfect for weddings, to lock your bike, on your sports bag and more! I ordered one for my anniversary.
The locks are super easy to make, you can choose the color(red, blue, purple,pink,green,gold,orange or black), The shackle length(1.5″, 2″ and 3″), text, font and you can even add a design on both sides. Each padlock comes with 2 brass keys and are the body is made from anodized aluminum while the shackle is made from steel. They are made in the United States too! The locks are engraved using a high intensity laser to remove the anodized color from the lock and leaving behind the exposed bare aluminum.
I found the website super easy to use and was able to create my lock within 5 minutes and it arrived in the mail less than a week later.
