The Organic Fair Trade Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Extract is Available in 2-, 4- , 8- and 32-ounce bottles. This product is certified USDA Organic by QAI (Quality Assurance International). This product is also Kosher and Gluten-Free Certified as well as All-Natural and Allergen-Free.
Ingredients: Water, Organic Alcohol (35%), Organic Vanilla Bean Extractives.
One tablespoon is equivalent to one vanilla bean.
The Pure Vanilla Bean Paste:
Due to its thick consistency, similar to molasses, this culinary paste enables you to add more delicious vanilla flavor without thinning out your batters or sauces. It’s also ideal for recipes, such as crème brûlée and ice cream, in which you want to add the enticing visual flair of vanilla seeds.

I was extremely impressed with both products, Tasting it you can definitely tell its very high quality vanilla. I used some of the vanilla extract in cookies and a little definitely goes a long way. The paste is a very interesting product.
