I was sent THREE boxes* by Peach Dish to review and it was a BLAST!
*They originally sent me two boxes, and the second box arrived late due to weather here in Vermont and the salmon was bad, so they quickly took care of it and sent me a alternative box, they were SO kind and I give an A+ to customer service for that!
I really adore cooking and I LOVE trying new things but I’m not very adventurous in the fact that I am very weary about cooking new things on my own. I am always scared I won’t like it or it won’t come out right. I feel like Peach Dish gives me the opportunity be adventurous without being scared.
The First Box I received was
Upscale Tailgate
baked brie & brown sugar-cranberry sauce – barbecue chicken – roasted brussel sprouts – radish apple slaw pumpkin mug cake.
IN THE BOX– ½ c Cranberries; 1 Tbsp brown sugar; 1 pat butter, Chicken (3 small); Cobbies sauce (2 oz = 4 T = ¼ c); Brussels sprouts (12); Granny smith apple; Radishes (2), Butter (6 pats); Brown sugar (½ c); Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp); Ground Cloves (¼ tsp); Self-rising flour (⅔ c); Pumpkin Puree (⅓ c).
This menu was AMAZING! The Brie was some of the highest quality best taking Brie I have ever had, the chicken was fresh and high quality, and Oh my goodness! The Slaw was AMAZING and iv actually made it a few times since!
I loved the idea of a mug cake! Simple yet elegant!
The second box I received was
Teriyaki Salmon
IN THE BOX: Edamame (1 c), Salmon fillets (2), Garlic clove (1), Ginger root (1”), Brown sugar (1 Tbsp), Soy sauce (10.5 oz), Sesame seeds (2 tsp), Lo mein noodles (1 package), Carrots (2), Parsnip (1), Fortune cookies (2), Clementines (2), Chopsticks (2 pairs)
While I did receive the box late due to weather issues here in Vermont and Peach Dish was so kind and fast to send me another box, everything I did receive was very high quality and even though the salmon was warm when It arrived I did make everything else and it was SO yummy!
The last box I received had two meals inside of it

Chicken & Wild Rice Soup
cheesy ciabatta bread – cilantro & lime infused soup – chocolate mug cake

This was ANOTHER amazing dish! The chicken was high quality and the soup tasted AMAZING and was easy to make!
And the second was
Spice-Rubbed Steak & Cauliflower
IN THE BOX: flat iron steaks (2), cauliflower (1 head), *steak rub , garlic (2 cloves), lemon (1), farro (1/2 c) , dried cranberries (1/8 c), cashews (1/8 c), small bunch parsley
*to recreate, the rub is equal parts sea salt, pepper, oregano, garlic.
