Review:
The Bacon cheese was BY far my favorite, it melted perfectly and had tasty bacon bits through, it was a great bacon to cheese ratio. I shredded the Marble and it sheared well and tasted fantastic. The Smoked Swiss was strong and had a great smokey flavor. The cheese was high quality tasting and came well packaged. I highly suggest Pearl Valley Cheese to any cheese lover! You will NOT be disappointed.
Pearl Valley Cheese also sells Summer Sausage and fantastic gift collections for any cheese lover!
