Essential Oils have MANY uses included:

Massages: Massage is one of the most beneficial methods of using essential oils because it combines the therapeutic powers of the essential oil with the benefits of touch therapy.

Inhalation: Inhalation is one of the quickest ways to experience the therapeutic benefits of essential oils. This method is highly beneficial for helping respiratory ailments. Persons with asthma or epilepsy should avoid inhaling essential oil.

Review:

I use this oil both on my skin(often behind my ear or under my nose) as well as in my essential oil diffuser. Its a strong scent but not overpowering and is INCREDIBLY relaxing. I have had the bottle since January and I still have plenty of left and I use it in my diffuser 2-3 times a week. While the bottle says there is a possibility of skin irritation I have no experienced any and I have sensitive skin. I am incredibly impressed with the affordability of their oils and the quality.

They have a HUGE selection of oils, carrier oils, synergies and more!
