Today we are talking about pooping! Everyone poops but does everyone poop in a way that is both comfortable and can help constipation? That’s where Squatty Potty comes in!
Since my chronic pain has gotten worse I’ve noticed the simple act of popping has gotten much harder…I am both constipated from my medication and have a hard time getting comfortable…I use to put my feet up on my trash can(It took the pressure off my lower back) but I knew there had to be a better solution!
Squatty Potty was designed to make pooping easier, especially for people suffer from constipation. When using the squatty potty in a position that is close to a natural squat. It works perfect with any standard toilets and
you can even store the squatty potty against the toilet when not in use so its out of the way.
There are a few different designs of the Squatty Potty to choose from, they even have one that is portable, but I was sent their Ecco design.
The Ecco design is perfect for families(it’s even kid approved) and is super easy to keep clean. It’s super durable and has a weight capacity of 350 pounds. I found this design to be super comfortable for my backs and hips, I am able to rock my legs out when doing my business which means pain-free pooping! I have noticed it makes things go a little easier and even my husband was super intrigued to try it(which he did and liked it). I have a tiny bathroom and was worried about space but it fits perfectly against the toilet and I swear you wouldn’t know it was there unless you pulled it out(I have had guests who had no idea it was there).
The Ecco stool is $29 which is a great price and makes this stool a perfect starter stool.
