Pork Lo Mein

I wasnt able to get a picture of this but Pork Lo Mein is really easy to make, or atleast I call it Pork Lo Mein

What you need:
1 package of thin cut boneless pork chops
Spaghetti noodles or you can use real Lo Mein Noodles
Frozen Stir Fry Veggies
Soy Sauce
Rice Vinegar(Sometimes I skip this step, its not necessary just gives the noodles a nice texture)
Duck Sauce(Its often sold in the international food sections, this isnt necessary either, I just enjoy it on top)
Some sort of Asian or Chinese Marinade, I often use  Lo Choy Stir Fry Sauce

1) Place the Pork in a small frying pan with a tiny bit of oil, Cover meat with the Marinade and let cook, once done, Slice or food process the pork into little chunks or slices
2) In a large pan, Cook Noodles, once fully cooked drain, now this next step you can either do in a wok or in a bowl, If you are doing it in a bowl, make sure to cook the veggies fully
3) Drizzle Noodles and Veggies with Rice Vinegar, Soy Sauce and stir,
Top with Duck Sauce if desired!
