The pillow is SUPER comfortable! Its incredibly soft and literally takes the shape to your head. The filling of the pillow consists of 100% polyurethane foam, the cover is made from 60% polyester 40% bamboo and the pillow is machine washable and tumble dry low. The size of the pillow is 20 x 30 queen traditional. I actually fell asleep FASTER using this pillow because I noticed I did not toss and turn as much as I normally do. As someone who suffers from allergies I am really happy to know the pillow is free of harmful and irritating substances.
