All of their flavors include white wine as well as fresh juice(never from concentrate) and an alcohol level of 8%.
I recently had the pleasure of trying all four of their flavors!
Classic is a great tasting Mimosa that pairs white wine and sweet orange juice. It pairs well with California Rolls, White Cheddar, Gruyère, and Gorgonzola.
Mango will transport you to a tropical oasis, they have combined white wine with Peruvian mango juice, which is considered the most delicious mango in the world. It pairs well with Goat Cheese, Candied Nuts, Fresh Salads, California Rolls, Puff Pastries stuffed with Feta Cheese and Caramelized Onions, or Grilled Cheese with White Cheddar and Gruyère.
Pineapple is another fantastic tropical blend of white wine and pineapple. It pairs well with White Cheddar, Gruyère, Pesto, Kung Pao Chicken or other Asian Cuisine, Soft Goat Cheese topped with Fig Jam served on Crackers.
Pomegranate is a fantastic new twist on the Mimosa and combines white wine and pomegranate and has a fantastic raspberry undertone. It pairs well with Fresh Fruit and Frozen Custard Dishes, Baby Spinach Salad with Bleu Cheese and Cranberries, Smoked Gouda, and Gorgonzola.

I had a blast trying all four of their flavors. I LOVED the Pineapple! All four of them have well-balanced flavor and are very tasty. It’s amazing to be able to enjoy premixed Mimosa’s that contain fresh juice!
