I have been struggling greatly with my chronic pain lately so I have been exploring more spiritual options to help me cope. I was doing some research on the internet and came across Zen Box By Jen and was really excited to team up with Jen.
Zen Box By Jen is a monthly subscription box filled with wellness items such as teas, Epsom salts, coloring pages, sage bundles, guided meditations, and more. Each month the theme of the box changes which I really like! June’s box focused around Spring Cleanse which I seriously needed! Zen Box By Jen was started by a young woman named Jen who has suffered from depression and anxiety her entire life. She understands the struggle that comes with those disorders and is focused on helping others cope and practice proper self-care.
My box seriously could not have arrived at a better time! I have had some really high pain days and I’ve been struggling with a depression for the last month or so.
The box I received contained
- Raspberry Ginger Tea
- Breathe Deep Tea
- Lemon Ginger Tea
- Eucalyptus Essential Oil Blend
- Epsom Salts(perfect for a nice foot soak to help my chronic pain)
- Coloring Page
- Clapping Exercise
- Affirmation
- Natural Lavender Oatmeal Soap
I think this box was really well put togeather and focused well around the theme of Spring Cleanse. I found some really comforting things in this book including the teas, coloring page and Epsom salts to help me get through this bout of depression. Jen is such a sweet lady and even checked in with me a few times over the last few weeks to see how I was doing which meant a lot to me.
You can order a one-time box for $25 or a monthly box for $22.50 a month.
I really suggest checking out Zen Box By Jen if you are looking for a nice little pick me up or a way to get in touch with your zen side. Jen puts a lot of thought into each box and really wants to help others which I admire.
