Susty Party is based out of Brooklyn, NY and are focused on creating disposable tableware that are compostable yet colorful and functional. Their products are also responsibly made in partnership with non-profit factories who employ and empower the visually impaired community. All of their products are made from made from renewable or sustainably harvested materials, and made in North America! Their products are also non toxic, containing no chlorine or plastic.

I recently had an awesome opportunity to try out some of their paper cups and straws!

Their tablewares come in a huge range of colors and I was sent their paper straws and paper cups in pink.

The straws are  7.75″ tall and come from the only paper straw factory in the USA. The best feature is their packaging becomes a straw holder!

The straws sell for $6.99 for 50.

The paper cups are perfect for hot AND cold beverages and the label turns into a tabletent!

They sell for $6.99 for 8.

Review:

Both items were very durable and held up to being used the way they are suppose to. The straws are both functional and make an adorable accent for drinks. I used both iced tea AND hot coffee in the cups and they held up very well. I was really happy to see that Susty Party partners with  National Industries for the Blind to create high-quality jobs, skill training and empowerment opportunities for the blind and visually impaired. From the packaging of Susty Party products to the making of their cups and tablecloths, Susty Party has created over 12 jobs for the blind and visually impaired through their partnership with Clovernook Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired and Envision Industries.

WAY TO GO SUSTY PARTY!

You can purchase their items online  and at Whole Foods Market, Wegmans, and other stores near you.
