In all seriousness I love my dog and I wouldn’t trade him for anything, he stresses me out so much sometimes but at the end of the day he’s so worth it! So here is a post illustrating pretty much what goes on in a day with him!
Oh, you’re on the phone? Let me destroy the house while I stare at you.
During the day I make a lot of phone calls regarding daily life, my blog etc. Never fails, I will get on the phone and here goes the dog running through the house with a box of tampons in his mouth shaking them so they go everywhere then proceeds to try and eat them. I don’t know how many times on hold I’ve screamed “NO! Don’t eat the tampon” just as someone comes back on the line!
My other favorite, Oh you’re on the phone? Let me sing you the song of my people!
Never fails, just like a child, I get on the phone and its doggy singing time, He barks, baying and just making all sorts of racket!
Get OUTTA the cat box!
I scream this one pretty much on a daily basis. He ALWAYS waits until I am in the bathroom or dealing with UPS or Fedex to go and play sandbox in the cat box! I’ve tried baby gates(Yeah right! Like a dinky wooden baby gate is going to hold him back), so right now we are working on it!
Oh, you poured yourself a nice cup of coffee, let me take care of that for you by putting my tongue/tail/nose in it or just let me knock it over completely
I don’t know HOW many times I’ve poured myself a nice cup of coffee, you know the one that tastes perfect, I sit down at my desk and turn around for a second and there is either a nose/tail/tongue in it or has knocked it over completely and its on the floor and he’s licking it.
Oh, your coming in the house with a bunch of packages? Let me try and take some of those for you!
Again, never fails, I will go meet the UPS/Fedex/Mail Carrier and he will freak out in the house like I’m being kidnapped, and then proceed to try and attack the packages while I am trying to get into the house.
